How do I sign in?: Enter your phone number and we send a 6-digit code to your Telegram (the "Verification Codes" chat). No password is needed. If the number has no Telegram, the code comes by SMS instead. Numbers from other countries work too.
Can I order online?: Not yet. Add products to your cart as a shopping list, then show it at our store and pay at the counter. Online orders are coming soon.
How do I buy prescription medicines?: Prescription medicines are sold only at our pharmacy counter. Bring your prescription, paper or DMED electronic, and our pharmacist will help you.
How does the doctor call work?: Open the Doctor tab, describe what is bothering you and book a time. A doctor calls you back on your phone. In an emergency, call 103.
How do I delete my account?: In the app: My page → Delete account. On the web: Account → Profile → Delete account. You can also email us and we will delete it within one working day.
