How do I sign in?: Enter your phone number and we send a 6-digit code to your Telegram (the "Verification Codes" chat). No password is needed. Numbers from other countries work too, as long as Telegram is set up on that number.
Can I order online?: Not yet. Add products to your cart as a shopping list, then show it at our store and pay at the counter. Online orders are coming soon.
How do I buy prescription medicines?: Prescription medicines are sold only at our pharmacy counter. Bring your prescription, paper or DMED electronic, and our pharmacist will help you.
How does the doctor call work?: Open the Doctor tab, describe what is bothering you and book a time. A doctor calls you back on your phone. In an emergency, call 103.
How do I delete my account?: In the app: My page → Delete account. On the web: Account → Profile → Delete account. You can also email us and we will delete it within one working day.
